Your relationship with your love partner is important, even vital for your health and that of your family. Working from the strengths within your relationship, we will uncover unproductive cycles of conflict, learn ways to step out of unproductive conflict with meaningful communication and renew the intimate connection you long for. These information filled, interactive workshops are kept small so everyone receives the amount of personal attention they desire.
Here is what couples are saying about Connecting with Compassion Couples Workshop:
“Carema is a gracious and powerful facilitator with a lot of great examples and experience. Her concern was with our total comfort and comprehension of the materials. We are both walking away with a profound understanding of our individual patterns as well as our relationship dance.” AL
“Carema made it so easy and enjoyable to engage in such important topics. I feel like I’ve known her for much longer than the two days. Her style and warmth greatly adds to the effectiveness of the workshop.” JJ
“This workshop completely changed my perspective on our relationship. I now feel hopeful that we can overcome our obstacles together. ” DW
“I feel closer and more connected to my husband as a result of the CWCCW. I’m grateful to Carema for her gentle way of guiding us through.” AG
“Carema creates such an amazingly safe space for couples to really work through things and focus on their relationship for two full days. The group setting provides a surprising sense of normalcy to the struggles of marriage. We both were pleasantly surprised at how hearing about and talking with other couples helped us.” ER
“The Connecting with Compassion Couples Workshop is chocked full of content that was relatable and helpful to my wife and I. It provided a great framework for us to identify repeated cycles in our relationship and equipped us with ways to move through those cycles as we enter them. On top of the great content, Carema is a fantastic facilitator — not just presenting information, but guiding the group in a way that connected with each of us on a personal level. She doesn’t just help you to understand the ideas behind CCCW, but helps you adapt them to work for you.” CS
